What to Bring
- Comfortable Shoes: Most trails are well-maintained, but some have rocky sections and uneven terrain. Sturdy shoes with good grip are recommended.
- Water: There are no water fountains on the trails, so bring a bottle with you.
- Bug Spray: Ticks and mosquitoes are common on the trails, especially in spring and summer.
- Phone/Camera: Several trails offer stunning views of the Spokane Valley and surrounding mountains - you'll want to capture them.
- Trail Map: Some trail intersections aren't well marked. We recommend downloading the Dishman Hills trail map above or using the AllTrails app before heading out.
